IMPLEMENTATION THE TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS OF MATHEMATICS IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

A. INTRODUCTION
Mathematics is a subject which don’t like students, because of the formula and the solution is very difficultt to understand so student’s can’t to do tasks. To facilitates from the teachers in mathematics and to facilitate students understanding mathematic need to manage it in mathematics in junior high school  school. With the management of mathematics in the classroom, the hope students will be interested to learn mathematics with easy and be like mathematics. The some managing mathematics in junior high school school needed some development and application in the learning process.
B. DISCUSSION
Below is an explanation of the implementasi the teaching learning process of mathematics in junior high school:
I.  Implementing Apperception
With the Apperception in expecting students to have their own motivation to be more diligent in learning, students also have the courage to realize their interests, desires, and ideas; courage to participate in preparing lessons, creativity in completing the learning activities; a sense of security and are free to conduct learning, and a curiosity. While expectations for teachers are the teachers can give students to perform a variety of learning activities, while acting learning resource teacher, motivator, and facilitator, giving to be creative. Based on the service delivery of individual differences, the use of various sources of learning, giving feed back on learning out comes and assessment of learning out comes in various ways.
II. Implementing Lesson Plan
Lesson plan is effort to easy teacher in learning process. Character from the the lesson plan is teacher can take a unit of learning or syllabus that will be applied in learning process. Then teacher also write basic standart of competence and determine indicator to achieve basic competence. With the lesson plan in the hope that teachers have no difficulty in the learning process. In order to implement the learning that has been poured pogram in the syllabus, teachers should develop Learning Implementation Plan
III. Implementing Various Method Of  Teaching
Learning is an activity that should be do by everyone. Because it is the key to success achieve a bright future, preparing the nation with in sight into the generation of high science. Which the students will event be useful for the nation, state, and religion. See such a vital role, then apply the methods of effective and efficient learning. With the hope of teaching and learning process will be running fun and not boring. Below are some effective methods of learning, that we may prepare before start to teaching. That is the lecture method, demonstration method, discussion method, the method of the invention, etc.
IV. Implementing Various Media
Media so that learning is a material, tools or techniques used in teaching learning process and learning activities with the an interaction that the learning process of communication interaction between teacher and student education can take place in appropriate and efficient. Based on the notions that have be given, then the media is learning everything that used in learning activities in order to stimulate thoughts, feelings, interests and some concerns of students.
V. Implementing Various Interaction
Interactions in the know with the communication is an activity that is need in the learning process. Many kind interaction can happen in school. The interaction between teachers can be done with teachers, teachers with students, students with students, teachers with society, students with society, etc. in a school the interaction of learning that can be done if there are students and teacher, one interaction is where the teacher act as message and students who received the message, when  interaction between students and teachers, which teachers will get feed the topic to learning, interaction between teachers and students in which teachers receive feed back from besides students learning from each other or interact with one another, the optimal interaction between teachers, students and between students.
VI. Implementing The Scheme For Achieving Student’s Competencies (Cognitive Scheme)
The scheme for achieving student’s competencies (Cognitive scheme) in learning process is a process of behavior change that is relatively fixed. This process does happenn’t all at once but changes occur gradually depending the supporting factors that affect student learning. These factor are generally can happen be divided into two groups,  internal factors andexternal factors.
VII. Implementing Small Group Discussion
The discussion is a method of teaching the right develop students' interest in learning. In small group discussion in the hope that in the opinion  respective groups, and each participant interven. Through small group discussion method in the hope that students become more active in teaching learning procces. Intended use of small group discussion method is to develop question skills, communicate and the students can express opinions, to develop students positive attitudes to learning, to develop problem-solving skills and self-concept, and improve student success in expressing their opinions.
VIII. Implementing Student’s Reflection/Presentation
A good presentation is done when students are able to express with good language, the students can speak attractive appearance, and the students content that will be able to convey understand by everyone. Forged with the presentation in the classroom students are expected to expressing his opinion, then students also help each other in the understanding of learning materials. Characteristic from a good presentation  is Full of energy and enthusiasm, when the students have eye contact with audience, speak clearly and loudly enough, occasionally move while talking, using the appropriate anecdotes and humor wearing matching clothes, can understanding all students.
IX. Implementing Student’s Work Sheet
Media Student Worksheet used the learning process. And can the media also help students to practice and think logically, critically, there are can to be active asking questions from teacher, determining opinion, advance the opinion. Empirical reality suggests that there is a positive influence on the implementation of the Media Student  Work sheet to increase the effective of student learning. It can be concluded that in the learning process when the sheets Media Student Work implemented effectively then student achievement will be better.
Material statements and questions contained in the Media Student  Work sheet is a reference to the subject matter in according with the Standard of Competence that have been assigned or program which serves to measure the ability, knowledge, skills and encourages students to be culturally determined and diligent study. Media Student Work sheet containing the questions as an exercise.
X. Implementing Assessment
Assessment is an activity to measure student achievement and success in learning process, to see the programs of the development and abilities of students that have been done in a variety of actions, attitudes, performance and display. To develop the assessment of students is active to explain their idea in front of the class and in the small group discussion, when capability to relate the material before with the material will be learned. The results of assessment will be under taken later in the analysis to determine the level of advancement and development of student learning.
C. CLONCUSION
Some to do managing mathematics in junior high shool / high shool is developing and implementing lesson plan, developing and implemaenting apperception, developing and implementing various method of teaching, developing and implementing various media or teaching aids, developing and implementing various interaction, developing and implementing the scheme for achieving students competencies (cognitive scheme), developing and implementing small group discussion, developing and implementing students reflection/presentation, developing and implementing student’s work sheet, developing and implementing acessment.

INNOVATION IN MATHEMATICS EDUCATION FOR DEVELOPING CHARACTER

INTRODUCTION

Education has an important role in developing capability and shaping the personality  in the intellectual life of the nation. The purpose of education is to develop students potential to become a man of creative, independent, competent, and become responsible citizens. Education also has the advantage that is education may improve the ability to interact between teacher with teacher, teacher with student, and student with student, education also have function to select and allocation of labor, education can improve the ability to critically analyze, through the lessons of science, technology and art.

DISSCUSION


Associated with the development of science and technology in education, we need of new innovations to build character education. Way of teaching character education through a new innovation is a constructive learning. Characteristics or elements of innovation in building character education is a religion, phylosophy, paradigm, theories, design, scheme, models, programs, activities, example. To build character education in teaching practice is example and activities.  Then the learning system that use is the paradigm and theoris.
In this innovative contract of knowledge by the student, the point at teaching students to be active in the learning process, students should be able to find the problem in a matter that is given then the student should be able to solve problems, so the students are able to develop a method of learning problems solving. In innovation that will be developed for the achievement of character education is the teacher acts as a developer who works provide facilities and services such as students dificult to find a problem or difficulty when it comes to do the task, so the teacher should try to guide them. Then students are considered as students grow and develop so that math is the student himself. While the curriculum that will use a curriculum that has developed the design, scheme, models, and programs. With the philosophy and religion in the hope that the efforts to character education is to produce students are qualified teachers and make teaching more professional.

CONCLUSSION
Analysis of education in various ways, by a certain time, certain places, certain occasions, the compere with experience, one way is by innovation to build a concret character education through religion, phylosophy, paradigm, theories, design, scheme, models, program , activities, example.

Teaching Methods Used In Teaching Mathematics


A.      INTRODUCTION
Factors that affect the learning process is the educational facility, teaching media, teaching methods, teaching aids, psicological aspect, the context of teaching learning (culture), syllabi, and technologi. Not only syllabi but also curriculum, lesson plan, students work sheets, assessment, teaching learning resources have affect in learning process. The purpose of presenting a kinds of teaching methods and their application in the learning of mathematics is that teachers have a broad knowledge of the methods of learning and have the skills to implement, especially in mathematics learning.
B.       DISCUSSION
From some factors that affect teaching learning  is a teaching learning, a method is the way, approach, or process to convey information, while learning is a process of interaction between students and teachers with learning resources, so the teaching methods  is a way or process to convey information on teachers and students with manner that have been designed in the learning process. Teaching methods that will be used is:

Of some of the above methods most teachers use the lecture method and expository method on the grounds that method in a sense more easily in comparison with other methods. However, both methods will only make the students become passive because this method is the teachers who play an active role while the students are just a listener. A good teaching methods in mathematics such as methods of the invention  and discussion methods. By the method of the invention the students will try to think to find problems, as well as students will learn to solve them, in this method only acts as a mentor teacher learning. While the method of discussion students will learn how   to cooperate in resolving problems between groups with only groups, students should be able to learn to accept and respect others' opinions. Implication to Method and Model of TEACHING is LEARNING Processes The learner then begins to "articulate assumptions" about Their current mental models and how this new information fits Their thinking currently, the learner revises his or her assumptions to the make the fit better with the new situation, the learner begins to put into practice the new assumptions.
C.       CONCLUSION

How To Use Good Study Methods For Teaching? 

If I became a teacher i will a learning method that can accept my students, then this method will not make them boring but they will enthusiast to learning, then this method will make my students love the mathematics. The method is a variation or combination of methods that would later become one, I use when teaching so that students do not feel bored and did not seem monotonous learning process. I have applied this method will be alternately so that they do not saturate in the study of mathematics. There are times when I use method of play, there are times when I use the lecture method, the method most frequently asked questions and made ​​the students could develop a method to learn with nature, I will invite my students to learn about the mathematics that I apply directly in everyday life.

How Make It Easy To Learn Math? 

During this mathematics into subjects that are very scary for students, so they had difficulty in learning mathematics. Therefore I tried to make the math easy to be learned. First I would make the math it becomes interesting to study, for example, with props that relate to the material that will be discussed, such as fractions by using paperfolding  and marbles, numbers with props colorful balloons, etc. Then I was not just a teacher,  but I'll try to be friends so that they can consult  in particular on mathematics without any fear, other than that I would make the material easier to understand and convey the lessons as much as possible I will make interesting so they are easier to learn math.

How To Apply Mathematics In Everyday Life?

Mathematics have related to daily life. For example to calculate profits and losses in sales or a project. Then students can use mathematical to calculate determine the speed that should be done in time that has been provided in order to reach the destination on time and on target. Additionally students can use mathematical to calculate divide something into flat. Students also use math in a play in which students should be counting to play hide and seek. Mathematics is also very useful for determining the direction and as a guide. With apply mathematics in them life so the  students will be more like mathematics.

Thus the solution that I gave to some the requests of students, the words of a white-haired old man very aware of the teacher that the teacher always pay attention to her students, not just teaching but giving motivation to learn,comprehend and understand their students. In addition teachers can also be a study buddy for students. I hope I can be a useful teacher for my students.

When I read this elegy, I became aware that not easy being a teacher. I should be able to understand the demands of students, maybe I'll never know about demands  of student if I not read this elegy. I am very grateful to Mr. Marsigit because before I official became a teacher, I could learn from this elegy how to be professional  teacher, so I'll feel ready to become a teacher because I already know how many requests of students to teachers. Below I try to give a solution how to respond to student requests

How To Motivate Students To Learn Mathematics? 

As teacher I have to think how to motivate my students so that they have spirit to learning math and they will feel happy when learning mathematics so that their science can not be in vain but beneficial to life. The way I would do is I need to know and understand the characteristics of my students, then before the lesson started I want to give the words that could encourage my students, words of motivation that will make him think that education is important. I'll try to make my students liked math, so I gave lessons to draw their attention and they will always feel good with math. I will grow  the intention of studying the students to learn mathematics. With intention and a feel of fun to learn math I am sure they will be motivated to learn mathematics and spirit to search knowledge.

How To Provide Learning Facilities To Students? 

Learning facilities also very supportive in the learning process. As a teacher I will try to facilitate my students so that  they feel comfortable and fulfilled in learning process. I'm not to limit the reference books that will be used for instructional materials, but I'll try to give a book that is easy to understand the students and according to his ability. I will also make the math module that is easy to learn and understand for my students. In addition I would make worksheets so that they learn not only individually but in groups, to discuss in a group I hope they will learn to appreciate and accept the opinions of others, not only that they will also exchange ideas in solving problems. I will also make a special blog that contains about mathematics so that they can sharing all the difficulties in learning mathematics and they can exchange ideas in the study of mathematics at all times.

DEVELOPING MATHEMATICS CURRICULUM FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN INDONESIA

Pemerintah Indonesia selalu berusaha keras untuk meningkatkan tingkat intelektual rakyat dan memajukan kesejahteraan umum sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945. Salah satu upayanya adalah dengan mengembangkan kurikulum baru. Saat ini upaya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan matematika di Indonesia meliputi kolaborasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan mengajar matematika di sekolah SMP di beberapa daerah. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan dan mencoba beberapa model pembelajaran yang dianggap sesuai dengan pendidikan di Indonesia. Dosen dan guru bekerjasama di sekolah untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan di lapangan. Strategi dasar untuk uji coba adalah mempromosikan paradigma baru pendidikan matematika dan ilmu pengetahuan.
Untuk itu kurikulum harus selalu dikembangkan. Perhatian utama dalam pengembangan kurikulum matematika adalah untuk memastikan bahwa kurikulum mencerminkan proses belajar mengajar yang telah dimaksudkan, karena itu, kita perlu mengembangkan: Pedoman untuk mengembangkan silabus, Pedoman untuk pelaksanaan kurikulum, dokumen pendukung seperti handout, lembar kerja siswa, keterlibatan guru dalam pengembangan kurikulum, sosialisasi dan diseminasi kurikulum, dan pemantauan rutin pada implementasi nya.
Dalam mengelola kelas matematika seorang guru harus mengetahui karakteristik atau sifat dasar dari mateatiika itu sendiri. Karakteristiknya yaitu matematika adalah mencari pola dan hubungan, matematika adalah kegiatan kreatif yang melibatkan imajinasi, intuisi dan penemuan, matematika adalah cara memecahkan masalah, matematika merupakan sarana mengkomunikasikan informasi atau ide. Saat ini prestasi anak dalam mata pelajaran matematika dan IPA tergolong rendah. Hal ini antara lain disebabkan oleh kurangnya kegiatan laboratorium, kurangnya guru yang menguasai ilmu pengetahuan, kurangnya guru yang menguasai pendekatan keterampilan proses, materi pada Matematika terlalu ramai, terlalu banyak ketentuan administrasi yang memakan waktu bagi guru, kurangnya peralatan laboratorium dan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa hal itu juga dapat disebabkan karena ketidakcocokan antara kurikulum dengan tujuan pendidikan. Selain itu, seorang guru juga harus paham mengenai karakteristik peserta didik matematika yaitu siswa belajar terbaik ketika mereka termotivasi, siswa belajar dengan cara yang unik, siswa belajar secara independen dan melalui kolaborasi, siswa mengkonsolidasikan ide yang sama dalam konteks yang berbeda.Untuk mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan kurikulum baru, guru perlu mempertimbangkan tiga komponen penting yaitu diskusi, kerja praktis,dan pekerjaan investigational.

MATHEMATICAL THINKING ACROSS MULTILATERAL CULTURE

Berpikir Matematis sebagai pokok persoalan pusat dalam inovasi belajar mengajar Matematika . Berpikir matematis adalah dasar untuk berpikir secara bervariasi dan siswa belajar matematika dapat mempelajari tentang logika dan cara berpikir secara rasional juga dapat diaplikasikan dalam bebragai bidang mislanya fisika statistic , dan ekonomi . Berikut ini adalah contoh pendidikan Matematika dari berbagai Negara yang berhubungan dengan aspek berpikir matematis .
Di Australia jika siswa menjadi pemikir matematika yang baik , kemudian membutuhkan berpikir matematis untuk menonjolkan bagian dari pendidikan mereka . Seperti yang diindikasikan oleh Stacey.K dari Australia , berpikir matematis tidak hanya penting untuk memcahkan masalah dan belajar matematika . Guru juga membutuhkan berpikir matematis untuk menganalisa rencana mata pelajaran untuk maksud khusus dan mengharapkan jawaban dari siswa . Untuk British , peran untuk pandangan jangka panjang berpikir secara matematis , membangun kemampuan genetic untuk belajar dari pengalaman belajar yang sukses selama hidup . Di Jepang , berpikir secara matematis didasarkan dari perilaku matematis, gambaran secara matematis , dan pentingnya tentang pemahaman . Di Indonesia , seperti yang terjadi di Malaysia , hanya muncul sebagai “jack” pendongkrak . Budaya ujian diorientasikan masih umum di sekolah Indonesia dan Malaysia. Dapat disimpulkan bahawa berpikir matematis memiliki beberapa cirri-ciri yaitu mereorganisasi melalui matematisasi dengan merefleksikan pikiran, keahlian dan pengunaan konsep matematika ideal untuk dunia, pembelajaran bagaiamana belajar , mengembangkan , dan enggunkan matematika dalam pembelajaran dua tipe sebelumnya, berbagi ide , dan cara berpikir matematis yang penting untuk ilmu pengetahuan , teknologi , perkembangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, mengembangkan pendekatan mengajar dengan berpikir matematis melalui pelajaran belajar, mengembangkan jaringan untuk berbagi ide dalam menunjukkan berpikir matematis dalam nasional, regional . dan tingkat internasional .
