Lesson study is an effort to increase teachers' skills in performing PBM by systematically researching and reflecting on the PBM.Lesson Study. Aim from Lesson Study is to improve service teachers to the learning needs of students. The following are Lesson Study Steps:

Learning through Lesson Study was conducted to perform INNOVATION education through the improvement and implementation of teaching and learning process. Relevant paradigm include:
o Student Centered
o Constructivist
o Realistics Mathematics
o Contextual Teaching Learning
Innovation through lesson study can accomplished if the teacher is open, teachers have a high commitment to teaching, developed infra-support systems, is the movement of all components of learning. In this lesson study support the curriculum such as:
• Lesson Study is guided by the Competency to be achieved by students
• Lesson Study needs assessment and curriculum development, syllabus and lesson plans
• Lesson Study further the development of tools and learning
• Lesson Study requires the development of Student Worksheet
